Full & Partial Dentures in Naples, FL
Missing teeth can affect your ability to eat, speak, and smile with confidence. Traditional removable dentures are an effective solution to restore your smile and improve your quality of life. We provide custom-made full and partial dentures tailored to fit comfortably and look natural.
Tailored Solutions for Missing Teeth
Full Dentures are ideal for patients who have lost all of their teeth in the upper or lower arch. Full dentures replace an entire set of teeth and rest on your gums, helping you regain the ability to chew, speak, and smile with confidence.
Partial Dentures are ideal for patients who are only missing a few teeth. Partial dentures can fill the gaps, and they are secured in place with clasps that attach to your natural teeth to ensure a comfortable fit.
Frequently Asked Questions
How do traditional dentures compare to implant dentures?
When our patients need dentures, we will discuss both options with them: conventional dentures and implant dentures. Conventional dentures are a much faster choice and their cost is lower. These two factors alone make them the right choice for some patients. With the care we take with each set of dentures, they can be a very comfortable, attractive option. We love to give our patients brilliant new smiles and help them maintain those smiles afterwards. Talk to us at Tower Dental Arts and let’s talk about the right kind of dentures for you.
How much do dentures cost?
In Florida, the average price for upper and lower dentures runs around $2000. But consider that this average includes dentists who may use inferior materials and have poor workmanship. In our office, we use only the highest quality materials to ensure that dentures will look natural, feel comfortable and last as long as possible. If you have dentures in your future, you must also consider the cost to remove any remaining teeth (for complete dentures), strengthen the bone supporting the dentures or improve gum health. What is the best way to care for traditional dentures?
Rinse your dentures after each meal to remove food bits and residues. Then brush them at least once a day with a soft denture brush and mild soap or denture cleaner. Be careful not to bend any clasps. Overnight, soak them in water or a denture-soaking solution. Avoid any exposure to hot water. Avoid dropping them or letting them dry out. Visit your dentist regularly for checkups to ensure they fit properly. This helps avoid gum irritation that can become infected. If you have dentures that need repair or need new dentures, we can help. Call us at Tower Dental Arts!
Can I eat normally with dentures?
While a lot of diet variability is possible when you wear dentures, there are a few limitations to what you can eat. The first month or so after getting dentures, stay with very soft foods. Then introduce well-cooked food and small amounts of meat. After a couple of months when you are fully used to your dentures, you can even eat apples and corn on the cob as long as you take smallish bites and chew thoroughly. Avoid popcorn, tough meat, sticky candy, nuts, and chewing gum. Do you need better fitting dentures? Consult with us at Tower Dental Arts!
What is the difference between full and partial dentures?
Partial dentures replace some of your teeth and full dentures replace all of the teeth in the upper or lower jaw. Partial dentures are usually anchored to healthy teeth that remain with hooks or clasps. Complete dentures fit directly on the gums and use suction and adhesives to remain in place. Partial dentures offer greater security for remaining teeth by keeping them from shifting in the mouth. Either type of denture can be anchored on dental implants for greater security. At Tower Dental Arts, we prepare both types of dentures for our patients. Contact us for a consultation on dentures to complete your smile!
